How did the ANU College of Law Internship Program influence your future education and career choices?

Undertaking an internship with a barrister really showed me what a day-to-day career would look like, and it has really shown me that not all career paths will be a full time office job.

Why did you choose the ANU College of Law Internship Program initially?

I wanted to get an insight into the working world whilst at University. Being able to get work experience and write about a topic I am interested in made me feel like it wasn't work or uni at all.

Would you recommend undertaking an internship to other Law students during their time at the Australian National University?

Yes! I think it is a great opportunity to do something outside of the classroom and learn some people and professional skills.
