Shadow directors and controlling stakeholders: A comparative law perspective title

Under the newest revised Chinese Company Law, 'shadow director' has been added as one of the specific weapons to the arsenal to control the controlling shareholders in the business companies. However, when this regime was enacted by drawing lessons from UK and other common law jurisdictions, it has characteristics in context of Chinese law, and it should be enforced by the courts with caution.

Reforms of Small Business Insolvency in Australia and India title
