Rose completed her Bachelor of Arts at the ANU before moving to the University of Canberra where she finished a Graduate Diploma in Library and Information Services. After working as an administrator for a year within the Migration Law Program, Rose then became the Legal Practice Administrator with the Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice Program (GDLP) moving on to become Program Coordinator in 2011. In February 2015, Rose took on the position of Program Coordinator for the Military Law and Higher Degree Research programs. From June 2016, Rose became the Program Coordinator for the Graduate Certificate of Law, the Masters of Law and the Military Law Programs.
