Kenn Lim is a Partner at Colin Ng & Partners LLP. His practice covers a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, cross-border investments and private equity transactions. He is one of the youngest to be appointed Partner in his firm ­— making the partnership in less than four years from the time of being called to the Singapore Bar. He also oversees his firm’s business development committee.
