Guy Aitken QC is a Commonwealth Queen’s Counsel, with over 30 years of experience at AGS. He has been AGS’s Chief General Counsel since 2014, providing the highest level strategic advice on constitutional law and public sector management and accountability issues.

  • Has appeared in the High Court including in such landmark cases as the Australian Education Union case, Pape and Williams (No. 2).
  • Co-author of Sawer’s The Australian Constitution (3rd ed).
