Daren has over 20 years' experience as a partner and head of the corporate group of leading law firms. He is a specialist in legal issues relating to major acquisitions and financings, emerging technologies, agribusiness, manufacturing, women's entrepreneurship and the telecommunications, broadcasting and secondary and tertiary education sectors. He has served in national law firm management roles, as a Federal Court Judge's Associate and as a Director of the Commercial Law Association of Australia.
