Event description

Join Professor Kevin Heller, Special Adviser to Karim Khan KC, the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, to discuss the past, present, and future of the Palestine Investigation at the ICC.   Professor Heller was an expert contributor the Panel of Experts that advised Prosecutor Khan on his application of arrest warrants for senior leaders of Israeli Government and Hamas in May 2024 and has written extensively on the International Criminal Court and international criminal law.

Kevin Jon Heller

Kevin Jon Heller is Professor of International Law and Security at the University of Copenhagen’s Centre for Military Studies, which is part of the Department of Political Science. He is an Academic Member of Doughty Street Chambers in London and a Member of the Advisory Board the Bar Human Rights Committee of England and Wales. He also currently serves as Special Advisor to the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court on War Crimes.
