The ANU Law Reform and Social Justice program (LRSJ) is proud to host ANU alumnus, Kieran Pender (BA (Hons) '16, LLB (Hons) '18), as he speaks about how he has forged a career in social justice and used his media advocacy as a tool for change.
Kieran is a senior lawyer at the Human Rights Law Centre, specialising in democratic freedoms and whistle-blower protections. He is also an accomplished writer, with his works appearing in multiple law journals, The Guardian, The Saturday Paper and The Monthly. He was recently named the ACT Law Society's Young Lawyer of the Year.
