• Edgeworth, Brendan et al, Sackville & Neave Australian Property Law (LexisNexis, 11th ed, 2021). Students may also use the 10th edition of the book, although some cases will be missing.

Required Legislation: 

• Conveyancing Act 1919 (NSW); and
• Real Property Act 1900 (NSW).

Recommended Reading: 

• Gray, Janice et al, Property Law in New South Wales (LexisNexis Butterworths, 5th ed, 2022). Students are not expected to buy this text, but may find it useful. The Law Library has copies.
