Isabella Seif
Visiting Fellow

Isabella is a Senior Legal Officer in the Office of International Law of the Attorney General’s Department of Australia. She advises the Commonwealth on a range of public international law matters, including international human rights law, international aviation law and space law. She has also represented the Commonwealth in investor-State dispute settlement proceedings. Isabella is also a PhD Candidate at the University of Paris 1 (Panthéon-Sorbonne). Her PhD thesis is on the obligations of corporations under public international law, examining corporate obligations across various areas of international law, including international human rights law, law of the sea and international investment law.
