When can I be admitted?

The following tables indicate the earliest 2021 filing dates for admission ceremonies in each jurisdiction that you may be able to meet based on the date of results being released for your final course, LEGW8152 Ready for Practice (RFP). It is your responsibility to know and fulfil all the requirements for your admission application.

Please note there is no priority marking for any Ready for Practice courses.

The online application for letter of completion must be submitted no later than two weeks prior to any given admission ceremony filing date. Do not wait until you have completed all your courses to submit this form. For further information on being admitted, please go to the Admission to Practice page.

Australian Capital Territory

Tasmania

Admission ceremonies are not held on specific dates. They are held throughout the year depending on availability. You will need to contact the Court’s Admissions Officer to discuss your application and arrange a suitable date for your admission.

If you have requested a letter of completion for TAS admission we will post it to your residential address (not a PO Box) on ISIS.
