Col is an experienced legal and probity adviser to government agencies and corporate entities. He began his career as a “bush lawyer” in regional NSW in 1983 and has since become an internationally recognised industry specialist in probity compliance. In his spare time, Col is a volunteer fire-fighter in the NSW Rural Fire Service and likes to spend time on his farm and flying light aircraft. He has worked on numerous complex major procurement and funding projects for the Commonwealth Government and has received:

• An Excellence Award in Government Legal Services from the NSW Law Society
• Consecutive listings in Best Lawyers in Australia Guide for Government, and
• Has been ranked a government lawyer in the Chambers Asia-Pacific Guide since 2015.
