ANU College of Law International Merit Scholarships


The ANU College of Law is proud to offer the ANU College of Law International Merit Scholarship.

The objective of the award is to attract and support top quality international postgraduate students to study the Master of Laws (LLM) at ANU College of Law.

Field of study



The award is available each year to a prospective ANU student who:

  • is an international student;
  • is a citizen of one of the following countries: India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Pakistan, Singapore, Thailand or Vietnam;
  • has made an application for admission to the Master of Laws (LLM) program at the ANU College of Law;
  • has an excellent academic record as defined by a minimum GPA of 5.0 out of 7 or above.

Selection Criteria

Selection is made on the basis of academic merit. The award will be offered to a prospective ANU LLM student who has the highest GPA from one of the nominated countries. In the event where the highest academic records are even and cannot be separated, applicants will be asked to submit a short written statement.


There is no application as students are automatically considered based on them meeting the eligibility criteria or conditions prescribed under the Eligibility section.
