Graduate Certificate of Law »

The Graduate Certificate of Law is ideal for those who have completed a Bachelor’s degree in another discipline and wish to develop their knowledge of Australian and international legal systems and how laws are created, interpreted and applied.

 

Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice »

Duration: Minimum 6 months

Study modes: Fully flexible, online

The Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice is ideal for those who have completed a Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor and want to be admitted as a legal practitioner in Australia and some other jurisdictions.

 

Master of Legal Practice »

Duration: 1 year full-time

Study modes: Full-time, part-time, on-campus, intensive or online

The Master of Legal Practice is ideal for those who have completed a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and wish to advance their legal practice expertise and gain specialised knowledge in the application of law. This program can be completed in as little as an additional six months after your Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice.

 

Professional Development Courses »

Duration: Minimum 3-5 days (intensive)

Study modes: On-campus, intensive

Some postgraduate law courses can be undertaken for professional development as a single unit of study. This postgraduate study option is ideal for those who want to advance their knowledge and professional skills in a particular area of law but are unable to commit to a full degree.
