Narratives of Compassion and the Capacity of the Heart to Lead the Head Towards a More Rational and Less Punitive Criminal Justice Law Reform

Overview
This project is about the power of compassion to change how we think about offenders and reorient criminal justice law reform from its increasingly punitive trajectory towards a more understanding and rational approach. It aims to test whether stimulating the heart can incline the head towards a deeper consideration of what works in criminal justice.
