Mapping International Conceptions of the Rule of Law and Democracy: A Study of International Adjudicative Review of Domestic Regulatory Decisions

Overview
Concerns about the appropriate reach of international law and about the relationship betweeen international adjudicators and domestic decision-makers have been longstanding. Such concerns have gained traction in recent years due to the increased institutional, topical and geographical coverage This project aims to investigate the values manifested in international adjudicative analysis of domestic decision-making. It will use this data to analyse how international adjudication impacts and constrains the exercise of domestic regulatory authority.
