Biography

Harriet Gray is on leave for the 3 year duration of the PhD from the position of Counsel, Regulatory Law Unit, Australian Competition and Consumer Commission and Australian Energy Regulator.

She joined the ACCC in 1997 and has worked on matters across the energy, communications, water and transport industries. In addition to providing specific legal expertise, Harriet has been closely involved in the development of the regulatory regimes. She has also lectured on utility regulation, including at The University of Sydney.

Harriet completed a Federal Court Judge’s Associateship in 2001.
