Dalvin Chien is a part-time lecturer.
He has many years of experience in advising on commercial matters, especially information and communications ("ICT") transactions and electronic commerce related matters. He also has extensive experience advising on communications law, privacy law, data security and cybersecurity issues.
He is currently in private practice but before that worked as senior legal counsel at a global ICT company. He was also seconded to the New South Wales Police Force where he was acting manager of the Commercial Law Unit.
