A new video shows what the national law school will look like in 2020 after renovations are completed.

The substantial upgrade to ANU College of Law's main buildings began in late 2017 and will be conducted in three stages over three years.

The update will include a state-of-the-art moot court, new common areas with work stations for law students, teaching spaces and more enclosed areas to provide comfort and space during Canberra’s cold winters and hot summers.

While the building’s interior and extensions will be brand new, the iconic facade on Fellows Rd that can be seen from the lush green lawns will essentially be kept.

Glass walls will be used to enclose the cloisters on the ground floor, increasing the common spaces that provide shelter from the elements.

The video animation was provided by Guida Moseley Brown Architects. The construction project is being managed by Shaw Building Group.
