Please make sure you have emailed the IT Unit booking the times in which you need an Audio Recorder for your lectures. If you don't book them for your semester/year, you might miss out!
ANU Service Desk
The University has transitioned to a new single Service Desk which provides IT support for all ANU staff and students.
When requesting support, the preferred method is to submit an IT support request through the Service Desk.

Hours of operation
Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Closed on Mondays 10:00am - 11:00am

Naturally, the helpdesk is also on offer for assistance if these topics don't have the answers you seek.
