Hi All,

With the update to the Outlook web portal a number of staff have advised that they have not been able to login to the web portal to get web email.

This appears to be a problem that the ANU email team are currently looking into, but a simple workaround is to clear your browser cache:

Internet Explorer: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/ie/forum/ie10-windows_rt/empty-ie10-cache/8b8fbd6a-ad80-4ebd-8f7c-71caaf91ca84?auth=1

Chrome: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050?hl=en

Safari: http://osxdaily.com/2016/01/17/empty-cache-safari-mac-os-x/

Firefox: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-clear-firefox-cache

Once the cache has been cleared, unload and reload your browser.
