Outlook web access - login problem - clear your cache

Hi All,

With the update to the Outlook web portal a number of staff have advised that they have not been able to login to the web portal to get web email.

This appears to be a problem that the ANU email team are currently looking into, but a simple workaround is to clear your browser cache:

Internet Explorer:




Once the cache has been cleared, unload and reload your browser.
