Our 2017 Academic Appointment Round is now in full swing. The advertisement closed on 4 June and we have short-listed candidates.

Interview and seminars will be held from 24 July to 27 July 2017. The schedule of seminars 2017 (14.23 KB) is attached. I have also re-attached the 2017 appointment round advertisement (892.05 KB) as a reminder of the scope of this year’s round.

I hope that you will be able to attend as many of the seminars as you can and provide important feedback to the Selection Committee* via the usual staff liaison process. As usual, the CVs of the candidates will be available in the Dean’s office for you to peruse.

* The Selection Committee this year is comprised of Stephen Bottomley, Tony Connolly, James Stellios, Pauline Ridge, Amelia Simpson, Professor Michael Martin (CBE and CHELT) and me.
