In this lecture, Dr Boothby shares his thoughts from his current research discussing ideas and concerns about the law of armed conflict and its development, its interaction with international human rights law, the developing nature of modern conflicts, the evolving spectrum of conflicts, evolving methods of warfare, and their implications for international law more broadly.
