Come along to our 2018 Geneva information session and find out what its like to experience international law first hand, study in Geneva, the home of the UN’s European Headquarters and more than 200 international organisations. A city where the whole world comes together in peace.

Applications will open for the 2018 program in first semester 2017 and close on 12th May 2017.

Twenty students from the ANU College of Law will undertake an intensive 2-week course in Geneva. The Summer/Winter in Geneva (SWinG) program will focus especially on the work of those international organisations located in Geneva, site of the European headquarters of the United Nations.

Particular attention will be paid to various aspects of international human rights, international trade and environmental law, and a number of other specialised areas of international law – given the location in Geneva of inter alia the WTO, the OHCHR, UNHCR, WHO, the ILO and the ICRC.
