Pub Law forum

MinterEllison's Administrative Law team and the ANU Centre for International and Public Law (CIPL) are holding a Pub Law Forum.

The purpose of this forum will be to recognise the 40th anniversary of the commencement of the Administrative Decisions (Judicial Review) Act.

The commencement of the ADJR Act represented a significant moment in Australian administrative law. ANU College of Law Senior Lecturer Dr Greg Weeks and MinterEllison Special Counsel Will Sharpe will discuss the impact of the ADJR Act and its continuing relevance.
