The CCLP convenes an annual climate law conference. The inaugural conference, Climate Law in Australia, was held in 2007 at the National Museum of Australia in Canberra. The papers from the conference are available in T. Bonyhady and P. Christoff (eds.),Climate Law in Australia, The Federation Press, Sydney, New South Wales, 2007.

The 2008 conference, Adapting to Climate Change: Law and Policy, was organised by Prof Tim Bonyhady and Andrew Macintosh in collaboration with Prof Jan McDonald of Griffith University.
