Get involved

Give and get involved

Many of our alumni want to know how they can remain connected to the ANU College of Law and give back in some way to the next generation of students, or contribute to important research the College is undertaking. Below are some of the ways you can stay connected.

If you are interested in becoming involved, please contact Mike Verzosa who will be happy to discuss your ideas and possible opportunities.

Internships

Offering internships to students across the breadth of work experiences that their ANU Law degree could take them, including overseas opportunities.

Placements

Offering legal practice placements to our students who are increasingly finding it a challenge to meet the requirements for Admission to Practice.

Mentoring

Volunteering to mentor students (this can be at a distance) or coach a mooting team.

Sharing

Share your career experience by volunteering as a speaker, panellist, mock-interviewer, guest-lecturer, seminar host or reviewer of clerkship applications.

Scholarships

Support a law scholarship or research initiative.

Prizes

Support current law students through sponsoring an annual academic prize.
