Alfie Salih is the Senior School Administrator for ANU Law School. In this role, he works in close partnership with the Head of School and School Manager to ensure the School delivers on its strategic priorities, overseeing governance and operational excellence to enhance the experience of both staff and students.

With more than fifteen years in leadership across complex service environments and higher education, Alfie has been instrumental in transforming the Law School’s operations. He has led initiatives to streamline administrative processes and data analysis, to strengthen an equitable, and student-centered approach to teaching and learning. His work has directly supported academic priorities and positioned the School to respond effectively to the evolving needs of its students and staff.

Alfie’s expertise spans student and education services, governance, and project coordination across the University. He has made significant contributions to local and University-wide projects that advance operational improvement, compliance, and student support initiatives.
