| Course Description: |
Objectives: This course provides students with: - an understanding of drafting concepts and techniques for commercial documents, particularly commercial contracts;
- practice and feedback in solving common drafting problems.
Content: Principal topics include: - drafting techniques;
- structure of commercial contracts;
- sources of ambiguity and drafting solutions;
- mechanisms such as dispute resolution.
