Fraser is a barrister of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia. He has been a registered migration agent since 1998. Fraser was admitted as a solicitor in 1999 and called to the Bar in 2006. Fraser is a NAATI accredited translator from Chinese to English. He previously studied Mandarin in Taipei for 3 years.

His practise specialises in Merits and Judicial Review as well as visa and citizenship applications. He is the principal of Advocate Migration Services which has affiliated offices in China, Taiwan, India, the Philippines and Fiji. Fraser is also a voluntary advisor at the Refugee and Immigration Legal Advice Centre in Brisbane and has conducted many pro bono cases for disadvantaged clients.  He looks forward to teaching and sharing his wealth of experience with students.
