| Biography |
Joachim Dietrich has been a Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Law since 2000. Before that, he taught at James Cook University from 1996 onwards. Joachim did his PhD in law in Unjust Enrichment theory at the ANU Research School of Social Science. He completed his PhD in 1994. He graduated with first class honours in law from the University of Queensland in 1986. His main research interests are in equity, restitution and torts. He currently teaches in Torts, Contracts, Equity & Trusts and Restitution. His publications include the book Restitution: A New Perspective (Federation Press 1998). He has published a number of articles in Torts, Equity, Restitution and Comparative Law. |
