Biography

Graeme Blank is a lecturer at the Legal Workshop where he teaches advocacy and skills such as negotiation, drafting and interviewing.

He also teaches Consumer Law in the Legal Workshop and Advocacy in the LLM program.


Before he became a lecturer, he was a litigation partner in a medium sized firm in which his practice was predominantly commercial litigation, insolvency and compensation law. Graeme is also a barrister at Henry Parkes Chambers. He continues to appear predominantly in commercial and property, construction, insolvency and compensation matters.

  Graeme conducts training, both around Australia and overseas, in all areas of communication including negotiation, public speaking, advocacy and drafting. Graeme was a visiting academic at City University, Hong Kong in semester 1, 2006 where he taught Advocacy and Commercial Practice.
