Biography

Prior to joining the College of Law as a Teaching Fellow, Moeen Cheema taught as an Assistant Professor at the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), Pakistan, from 2004-2008. In addition to developing the curriculum for and teaching core and elective law courses at the Department of Law & Policy at LUMS, Moeen pursued his research interests in administrative law, comparative constitutional frameworks and corporate governance. From 1999 to 2003 he practiced as a securities lawyer in the United States of America, where he gained experience of securities regulation, mergers and acquisitions, securities litigation, and general corporate transactions pursuant to U.S. federal and state laws.
