Biography Hitoshi Nasu joined the ANU College of Law in December 2006. Prior to his appointment to the ANU, he was a part-time lecturer at the University of Sydney, teaching international law. He completed a PhD in 2006 by submitting a doctoral thesis on Precautionary Approach to International Security Law: A Study of Article 40 of the UN Charter.
Scholarly Interests Public international law, migration law, international peace and security law, international humanitarian law, UN law.
