| Biography |
After working as an associate to Justice Cox in the Supreme Court of South Australia, Ben was appointed as the researcher to the Justices of the High Court, a position he held for two years. He was then appointed a Deputy Registrar of that Court, and continues in that role on a part-time basis. He has tutored in Evidence at the University of Adelaide, in Litigation and Flinders University and in Administrative Law and Litigation and Dispute Management at the ANU. He will be lecturing in Torts in the first semester of 2005. |

| Appointments |
In October 2005 Ben took up a three year appointment as Special Assistant to the Chief Justice and Justices of the High Court of Australia. |
