Biography Michael Handler commenced as a Research Fellow at ACIPA in January 2003. Michael is a graduate of the University of Sydney, where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts in 1997 and his Bachelor of Laws in 1999. He also obtained his Master of Laws (with Distinction) from the London School of Economics and Political Science, University of London, in 2000. Michael worked as a Lecturer at the University of Sydney in 2002. Before that, he worked as a solicitor in the Intellectual Property group at Phillips Fox Lawyers, Sydney, from 2000 to 2002, specialising in copyright and trade mark law, trade practices law and patent litigation.
