Biography Anne McNaughton joined the Faculty as a lecturer in 2001. Anne graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Newcastle and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of New South Wales. She holds Master of Laws degrees from Eberhard-Karls-Universität, Tübingen and the University of Technology, Sydney.
Prior to joining the Faculty, Anne was at the University of New South Wales for 6 years. Anne's interests are in contract and commercial law, European Law, comparative commercial law and regulation. She teaches contract, international business transactions and European Union law.
Scholarly Interests Contracts, European Law, regulation, comparative and international law, commercial law.

  This year I am convening and teaching Contracts and Commercial Law in first semester in the Undergraduate Program and teaching Contracts in second semester . In the Graduate Program I am convening and co-teaching International Business Transactions as an intensive in first semester.
