Migration Agent Training
Are you seeking to satisfy the knowledge and practice requirements for registration as a migration agent?
ANU Legal Workshop participates in the delivery of the ANU College of Law program, the Graduate Certificate in Australian Migration Law and Practice, which is open to lawyers and those without a legal background.

Completion of the Graduate Certificate in Australian Migration Law & Practice allows for:

• recognition by Australia's Migration Agents Registration Authority
as satisfying the knowledge and practice requirements for initial
registration as a migration agent.

You can complete the whole Program online or in face to face intensives which we run in Sydney and Melbourne. If you choose to study full-time you can complete the program in 1 semester. Part-time study (one course at a time) would take a year (2 semesters) to complete.
