Rights and Responsibilities of Citizenship Professor Kim Rubenstein was invited to be a consultant to the British Institute of International and Comparative Law research project on the Rights and Responsibilities of Citizenship. This independent study was to form part of a wider review of Governance in Britain currently being conducted by the United Kingdom's Ministry of Justice. For news and report see link.
