The Centre for Commercial LawPAST EVENTS 18 December 2007 The Dangers of Low-Documentation Loans presented by CCL and Care Inc."The joint report of the Centre for Commercial law and the Centre for Consumer Law ACT, "'They still want to take our house': A further investigation into house repossessions in the ACT Supreme Court" was successfully launched on Tuesday, 18 December 2007. The Centre for Commercial Law and CARE Inc presented a very successful public forum on the dangers of low-documentation loans. The event was attended by more than 30 people from private practice, government departments and industry. The forum explored some of the issues associated with low-documentation loans and the potential for legal responses to concerns.
