The Centre for Commercial Law and CARE Inc presented a very successful public forum on the dangers of low-documentation loans. The event was attended by more than 30 people from private practice, government departments and industry. The forum explored some of the issues associated with low-documentation loans and the potential for legal responses to concerns.
