a) ANU Counselling Centre

Services: The Centre:
- offers free and confidential counselling
- offers free workshops and seminars designed to help with study related concerns
      - there are also some powerpoint presentations and audio recordings online
- provides useful practical information on website such as:
      - several Brochures on a range of common issues which students face, including study-related problems (eg 'Overcoming Exam Anxiety', 'Work and Study Too' and 'The 10 Best Ever Anxiety Management Techniques')
- Runs a "Get Up and Go" program - linking you up with another student who has volunteered to be a walking buddy.

(b) ANU Disabilities Services Unit

Services: The unit can provide advice and assistance if a disability (Permanent or Temporary) is affecting a student's ability to study.

(c) ANU Health Service

Services: The ANU Health Service covers all areas of general practice.

(d) ANU Sports Union
  Location: North Rd, beside Willows Oval (Building 19)

Services: The Sports Union provides:
- Fitness Centre, with Weight Training Gymnasium, Heavy Weights Room, Circuit Room and Cardio Theatre
- Group fitness, yoga and meditation classes
- Massage centre
- Co-ordinates team sport competitions throughout the year

(e) Healthfirst

Services: Comprehensive health website, and a 24-hour health information, advice and referral service staffed by registered nurses.

(f) Junction Youth Health Service
  Location: Corner of Ballumbir Street & Petrie Street, Canberra City

Website: http://www.thejunction.org.au/
Services: The Health Service is open from 12.45pm - 5pm Monday to Friday. Services include a general practitioner, a youth health nurse, youth worker, youth counselor and a specialist sexual health nurse.
