The ANU College of Law is a leader in legal research.
Its research output ranges from the empirical to the theoretical, from
the doctrinal to the contextual, from the historical to the contemporary,
and from the local to the international. That research manifests itself
not only in refereed articles in leading journals, but also in texts,
treatises, working papers, and submissions to law reform agencies and
government inquiries. The vibrant research culture within the College
is also reflected in, and supported by, the diverse program of seminars,
workshops and conferences which it regularly hosts.
