Dr Cressida Fforde joined NCIS in February to manage the HDR student program. Cressida will be working at the Centre on a part-time basis for the next three months while still working at the Australian Institute of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Studies as the Coordinator of Research Publications and Public Programs. Cressida has a PhD from the Department of Archaeology, Southampton University, UK, on the topic Controlling the Dead: An analysis of the collecting and repatriation of Aboriginal human remains.
