In most courses students can choose to study either NSW, ACT, QLD, VIC or NT jurisdictions. Students usually choose to study the jurisdiction in which they are most likely to commence practice.

Only the Criminal Practice elective is taught onsite. It is offered in Canberra, Perth and Darwin.  Please note that the Perth and Darwin intensives are jurisdictionally specific to WA and NT law respectively.

Canberra Criminal Practice requires students undertake pre course tasks and reading, see the PDF chapter 1 and chapter 2 by clicking here  at least one month before the course starts.

Perth and Darwin Criminal Practice: Contact LWSA@law.anu.edu.au for details.

All other elective courses will be conducted online.
