Professor Kim Rubenstein has been invited to be a consultant to the British Institute of International and Comparative Law research project on the Rights and Responsibilities of Citizenship. This independent study will form part of a wider review of Governance in Britain currently being conducted by the United Kingdom's Ministry of Justice.
