- Writing a book on "Corporate Constitutionalism"
- Working on a paper on the "Delegation of Corporate Regulation"
Mr Alex Bruce:
- Writing a paper on "Legal Professional Privilege"
- Writing a submission to the Australian Law Reform Commission Reference into "Civil & Administrative Penalties"
- Currently completing another paper concerning "Ethics and Stem Cell Research"
- Continuing to ready his loose-leaf manual "ACCC Investigation & Litigation" for publication in 2002
Mr Daniel Stewart:
- Currently researching issues relating to the intellectual property and competition implications of new technologies, use of on-line teaching resources in legal education, and the consilient role of judicial review of public and private organisations
Professor Phillipa Weeks:
- Currently working with Professor Marilyn Pittard of Monash University on a collection of papers on “Re-Thinking Public Sector Employment in the 21st Century”
