Professor Stephen Bottomley:

  • Currently completing an ARC funded project on "General Meetings in Public Companies"
  • Writing a book on "Corporate Constitutionalism"
  • Working on a paper on the "Delegation of Corporate Regulation"

Mr Alex Bruce:

  • Writing a paper on "Legal Professional Privilege"
  • Writing a submission to the Australian Law Reform Commission Reference into "Civil & Administrative Penalties"
  • Currently completing another paper concerning "Ethics and Stem Cell Research"
  • Continuing to ready his loose-leaf manual "ACCC Investigation & Litigation" for publication in 2002

Mr Daniel Stewart:

  • Currently researching issues relating to the intellectual property and competition implications of new technologies, use of on-line teaching resources in legal education, and the consilient role of judicial review of public and private organisations

Professor Phillipa Weeks:

  • Currently working with Professor Marilyn Pittard of Monash University on a collection of papers on “Re-Thinking Public Sector Employment in the 21st Century”
