Australian corporate law has undergone significant changes since this book was first published in 1995. Legislatively we have witnessed the impact of the Corporate Law Simplication Program. This second edition continues the approach of the first, namely to present a text that introduces undergraduate law students to Australian corporate law in a way that is informed by theory and policy.
