Professor
Bronitt has broad research interests in criminal and comparative law.
He is currently undertaking a major comparative study of the use of lethal
force to counter terrorist attacks with an emphasis on military deployment
to deal with hijack situations. He has broad interest in policing and
criminal procedures.

Dr Mark Nolan: Dr
Nolan's research interests include military discipline law and procedure
including jury trials, investigations, and sentencing issues
Dr Gregor Urbas: Dr
Urbas’ current research topics include federal criminal law,
criminal appeals, cybercrime and transnational crime. He has published
widely on the topics of cybercrime and intellectual property infringement.
Ms Miriam Gani: Ms
Gani research interest in codification of Australian criminal law,
the interpretation of codes, federal criminal law and terrorism offence
prosecutions is also pertinent to the military, particularly, the Defence
Force Discipline Act 1982 (Cth).
